Affects avaxhome.ws and avaxsearch.com Removes most junk (adverts and other miscellany), changes few margins and paddings, and gives it a different color scheme. Caveat: Invalid/missing pages and the DMCA/Privacy Policy pages (and others) will not display with this style. Check out Avaxhome.ws - Super Refresh if you want something more elaborate.
Cleans the page up for free users.
This is for non-members. Makes the site dark, and strips the site of extra info - things that are immaterial to people who are mainly concerned about the image, but still want some layout (as opposed to simply hiding EVERYTHING except the image) This style is only concerned with pages related to photos, everything else is neglected. Text = Grey/gray Links = white / #FFF
~~ With the recent changes FA has done, it has rendered the main purpose of this style obsolete (relocation of Nav links), but some of the other features still work. What it does is apply a bunch of small tweaks - * Removes - footer, obvious advertisements. * Truncates overflowing, page-breaking comments. * Makes avatar max size 80px by 80px, which consequently can make comment areas not as long. (Most people make good use of the 100x100 limit.) * Reduces amount of white-space illust. notifications, gallery results, etc. take, to appear more compact. * Removes deleted submission from Favorites section (The other one, not the Control Panel version). * Makes the advance search options inline, so less scrolling/mouse movement needed to specify queries.
The site doesn't display correctly for me on Firefox 9.0.1 (tried w/safe mode) but works for Internet Explorer. This is a fix to at least make it viewable for Firefox users. Also, it hides some ads.
Some CSS play. Works smoothly on small, simple pages, but on pages with lots (or even moderate amount) of content to load, the transition is choppy. Sometimes doesn't work when navigating via Back and Forward buttons? Firefox 5 and above only.
This won't work without Stylish, and probably only works on Firefox (don't know about other Mozilla browsers). Only tested on Firefox 4. It is made to only darken. Hmm, uh-huh, yeah. Simply change the opacity in the code to adjust the "brightness". Affects about:* pages, http, https, ftp, local files, and chrome directories.
I wanted to make things look plain, so here it is. K3YW0RD5: Plain basic clean stealth
Make images that have a href attribute (image link) be highlighted in blue, on hover. Not so good with small containers, as the shadow will be cut-off. A similar style: Puts a box around hovered linked images If you want to remove the dotted frame when clicked, use Remove Link Dotted Line Frame. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________ 09/26/2009 - Edited to exclude images that have "banner", "logo" or "header" as part of their source/filename.
Built upon Global - Just Pics - intermittent use only [[img image images pics picture pictures photo photos only solo separate]] Tries to hide everything but the images and displays them inline. Attempts to remove emoticons, avatars, logos and other stuff to clear the way for the "important" images. Also displays how many images there are. Page background-color is an olive green. Outlines image links in orange (not guaranteed), non image links are outlined in black. Transparent image will be laid on top a checkered background. Caveats: Hover effect lags on some pages, like various Wikipedia articles. Position and display rules are causing this, but they are fundamental. May or may not work on pages with frames. You'll lose your place on a page, including all tabs, if you're reading an article :-) Good for quick browsing of image threads, oekakis, whatever.
